The role
As a Real Estate (Renewables) Solicitor in Aberdeen, you will support a broad range of renewable energy transactions, advising developers and funders across multiple technologies.
You’ll work closely with senior lawyers on acquisitions, disposals, development agreements and project-related property work, gradually taking ownership of your own files.
About you
This role would suit a Real Estate Solicitor who:
Has 1–4 years’ PQE in property or real estate law
Has an interest in renewable energy or infrastructure
Enjoys working on high-value transactions
Communicates effectively with clients and colleagues
Is proactive and commercially aware
