Job Description

Overview:
We’re currently recruiting for an Associate or Senior Associate with 6+ years’ post-qualification experience to join an established Commercial Real Estate team. This position offers the chance to be involved in high-profile investment and development transactions, spanning sectors such as office space, industrial, and retail.

Role Requirements:

Experience:

In-depth experience advising on commercial property matters under Scots law
Track record of managing large-scale, multi-jurisdictional transactions
Committed to delivering a high standard of client care and commercial outcomes
Confident handling matters independently for clients in both Scotland and London

Skills:

Detailed understanding of Scottish real estate law
Clear, concise communication with clients and colleagues
Methodical and commercially-minded approach to complex transactions
