Job Description

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Real Estate Lawyer (4+ PQE) to join a well-established Commercial Real Estate team based in Edinburgh. The role offers a diverse and high-quality caseload, advising a wide range of clients across the commercial property sector.

The role:

• Work on a broad range of commercial property matters, including acquisitions, disposals, leasing, and asset management.
• Manage your own transactions while supporting senior team members on larger projects.
• Collaborate closely with partners and colleagues to deliver practical, commercially focused advice.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships across a varied portfolio.

The ideal candidate:

• Scottish/dual qualified solicitor with at least 4 years’ PQE in commercial real estate.
• Strong technical skills and experience managing your own caseload.
• Excellent client care and communication skills.
• Confident working both independently and as part of a team.
• Proactive, motivated, and commercially aware.
