The role
Advise on commercial property acquisitions, disposals and leasing transactions
Draft and negotiate missives, leases and related property documentation
Conduct title examinations and prepare reports for clients
Build and maintain relationships with clients and property professionals
Support and mentor junior members of the team
Contribute to networking and business development initiatives
About you
3–7 years’ PQE in commercial property law
Experience handling Scottish real estate transactions
Confident managing files and client relationships independently
Excellent communication and drafting skills
Commercially aware and solutions-focused
Experience supervising junior colleagues would be advantageous
