The role
You'll manage a broad property caseload, including:

Acquisitions and disposals
Leasing transactions and estate management
Drafting and reviewing leases and licences
Liaising with clients, counterparties and advisers
Managing files from instruction to completion
Building lasting client relationships

About you

4+ years' PQE in commercial and/or residential property
Confident managing a varied caseload
Strong organisational and drafting skills
Clear communicator with a practical, commercial approach
Comfortable working independently and in a team
