Job Description

Overview:
A leading UK law firm is looking to expand its Real Estate team with the addition of a Solicitor at NQ to 3 years’ PQE. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a nationally respected department that advises on a wide range of commercial property matters, including development, investment, asset management and regeneration projects. The team is known for its practical, commercially focused advice and its ability to deliver results across both public and private sectors.

Role Requirements:
Experience:

Advising on commercial property transactions, including acquisitions and disposals
Supporting development projects from site acquisition through to completion
Working with clients across sectors such as retail, healthcare, logistics and public sector
Drafting and negotiating leases, licenses and other property-related agreements

Skills:

Commercial mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving
Ability to manage multiple matters and meet deadlines
Keen interest in building client relationships and contributing to business development
