Overview:
An established law firm in Glasgow is looking to recruit a Real Estate Solicitor to join its busy property team. This is an excellent opportunity for a Solicitor with 4+ years PQE to work on a varied caseload of commercial and residential property matters, including acquisitions, disposals, leasing and estate management. You will be part of a supportive team, delivering practical advice to clients and developing your career in a dynamic property practice.
Role Requirements:
Scottish qualified Solicitor with 4+ years PQE
Experience in commercial or residential property transactions
Ability to manage a caseload effectively and meet deadlines
Interest in building client relationships and contributing to team success
Experience:
Acting on acquisitions, disposals, leasing arrangements and portfolio management
Drafting and reviewing property documentation, including leases, licences and easements
Liaising with clients, counterparties and other professional advisers
Skills:
Practical and commercial approach to property matters
Clear communication and client-facing skills
Organised and able to work independently within a team
