The role
As a Real Estate Senior Associate / Partner in Glasgow, you will manage a wide range of commercial property transactions including acquisitions, disposals, leasing and development projects.
You will take ownership of complex matters, drafting and negotiating key documentation, advising on title issues and registrations, and delivering commercially focused advice to clients. The role involves significant client contact, with scope to build and expand relationships as well as contribute to business development activity.
About you
This role would suit a Real Estate Solicitor who:
Has 5+ years’ PQE in commercial property or real estate law
Has experience managing complex transactions independently
Demonstrates strong drafting, negotiation and technical skills
Builds long-term client relationships and understands commercial drivers
Has an interest in business development and growing a client base
May already be operating at Senior Associate level or seeking a step towards Partnership
