Job Description

An established Real Estate team in Edinburgh is looking to appoint a lawyer at NQ-5 level. This is an opportunity to join a supportive and collaborative practice offering exposure to high-quality, varied commercial real estate work.

The Opportunity

  • Advising on a broad range of commercial real estate matters, including acquisitions and disposals, development projects, asset management, corporate support, real estate finance, and renewable energy transactions.
  • Working closely with colleagues across a national real estate practice, providing access to local, UK-wide, and international work.
  • Opportunities for client contact and involvement in business development activity as experience grows.

About You

  • A qualified lawyer in Scotland, NQ to 5 PQE, with commercial real estate experience from training or post-qualification.
  • Strong drafting, analytical, and commercial skills are essential, along with a collaborative approach and enthusiasm for learning and development.
  • Flexible working patterns, including part-time, are welcomed.
