If you're a Scottish qualified real estate lawyer with 4+ years' PQE who enjoys high-value investment and development work, this is a chance to join a busy Real Estate team advising on major transactions across sectors. Based in Glasgow, the role offers exposure to significant Scottish and cross-border work, with clients including UK and international investors, funds and institutions.
Suited to an Associate or Senior Associate seeking variety, responsibility and genuinely interesting real estate projects.

The role
You'll advise on acquisitions and disposals for investors, funds and institutions, plus asset management work such as lettings and lease variations. Also included: retail and shopping centre transactions, large commercial property deals, and student accommodation projects across Scotland.
You'll handle the Scottish real estate elements of corporate transactions, act for lenders on high-value financings, and work with colleagues in other jurisdictions on cross-border portfolios - managing your own deals while supporting larger, multi-party transactions.
About you
4+ years' PQE in Scottish real estate
Experience with title review, leases and negotiating sale and purchase contracts
Background across office, industrial and retail property
Comfortable managing deadlines and multiple transactions
Commercial, pragmatic approach
Collaborative, with an interest in supporting junior colleagues
Keen to build client relationships and contribute to business development
