An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Projects & Infrastructure Lawyer to join a nationally recognised team that advises on high-profile developments across sectors such as clean energy, transport, healthcare, education and regeneration. This is a chance to be part of a collaborative and forward-thinking group that supports clients through every phase of the project lifecycle.
Role Requirements:
Experience:
Advising on PFI/PPP contract management, including variations and refinancing
Handling secondary market transactions in the PFI/PPP space
Working on infrastructure M&A and commercial contracts in the infrastructure sector
Supporting projects in the renewables and net zero space (e.g. solar, wind, EV, energy from waste)
Skills:
Ability to manage complex transactions with multiple stakeholders
Commercial awareness and a proactive approach to client service
Interest in contributing to business development and team growth
