The role
As a Private Client Solicitor, you’ll be involved in a broad range of matters, including:
Drafting wills, powers of attorney and related documentation
Assisting with estate planning and succession matters
Supporting the administration of executries
Advising clients on trusts and trust administration
Assisting with inheritance tax and wealth preservation planning
Building and maintaining long-term client relationships
Working closely with senior colleagues on complex private client matters
Supporting networking and business development initiatives
About you
This opportunity would suit a Solicitor who:
Is NQ to 3 years’ PQE with experience in private client work, gained during a traineeship or post-qualification
Has a genuine interest in developing a career in private client law
Demonstrates excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Organisational skills and attention to detail
Enjoys building trusted relationships with clients
Can manage competing priorities effectively
Is committed to ongoing professional and technical development
Takes a proactive and collaborative approach to their work
