The role
You'll manage your own caseload covering wills, Powers of Attorney, succession planning, inheritance tax matters and executry administration - drafting and reviewing legal documentation and providing clear, client-focused advice. The role includes close client interaction, alongside the opportunity to support and mentor more junior team members.
About you
Solid experience in private client work
Confident managing your own caseload independently
Experience advising on wills, executries and Powers of Attorney
Detail-focused with strong organisational skills
Clear, professional communicator with clients
STEP qualification (held or in progress) desirable
