The role
You’ll manage a varied private client caseload, including:
Estate and executry administration
Inheritance Tax and succession planning
Drafting Wills
Powers of Attorney
Trusts work (beneficial but not essential)

This role would suit a Private Client Solicitor who:
Has relevant private client experience
Is confident managing their own caseload
Communicates clearly and empathetically with clients
Is organised and takes a conscientious approach to work
