A great opportunity has arisen for a Private Client Solicitor to join a respected Scottish law firm known for its approachable and practical advice. Working with individuals, families, landowners and trustees, you’ll handle a varied caseload of wills, trusts, executries, powers of attorney and estate planning within a supportive, collaborative team.
Experience & Background
– 1-6 years’ PQE in private client work
– Experience in wills, executries, trusts, powers of attorney and inheritance tax planning
– Confident managing your own caseload while contributing to wider team projects
Key Skills
– Excellent communication, drafting and client relationship skills
– Discreet, empathetic and organised approach to work
– Ability to manage multiple matters efficiently and provide clear, practical advice
