Overview
A firm is seeking an experienced Private Client Solicitor to join its well-regarded team. This is an excellent opportunity to handle a broad range of private client matters, advising a diverse client base on complex legal and tax issues. The firm offers a supportive, forward-thinking environment that values both technical excellence and outstanding client service. Full-time and part-time hours will be considered.

Role Requirements

Experience:

At least 4 years’ PQE in private client law

Expertise in wills, executry administration, and tax planning, particularly in relation to inheritance tax and associated reliefs

Experience with trusts and contentious private client work is advantageous but not essential

Skills:

Confident managing your own caseload and providing clear, high-quality advice

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Commercial awareness and a proactive approach to business development
