My client is a leading Legal500 Scottish firm, and they are seeking a Private Client Solicitor with 2+ Years' PQE to join their Elgin office, due to organic growth in the region.
 
With one of the largest Private Client teams in the North of Scotland, applicants can expect to undertake a high-quality, varied workload, consisting of:

  • Advising on inheritance tax and estate planning, including a focus on agricultural and business
  • Drafting complex Will provisions and Trusts for high-net-worth-individuals
  • Executry and trust administration, including taxable complex estates

This team are looking for applicants with:

  • Experience in Wills, Trusts & complex estate administration
  • An understanding of the taxation of Trusts
  • STEP qualification or a willingness to undertake it
  • A commercial mindset combined with a personable demeanor
  • A strong attention to detail
