An established and expanding firm is looking for a Senior Private Client Solicitor to join its friendly and forward-thinking team. This is a great opportunity to take on a key role advising clients on a wide range of matters including wills, powers of attorney, trusts, executries, and estate planning. You'll be part of a supportive environment where your expertise will be valued and your career can continue to grow.
Role Requirements:
Experience:
• Scottish-qualified solicitor with at least 3-4 years’ PQE in private client work
• Confident in managing executries, drafting wills and powers of attorney, and advising on estate planning
Skills:
• Excellent communication and client care skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
