Job Description

Overview:
An English & Wales-qualified solicitor is sought to join a leading English law Private Client team. You will advise on estate planning, trusts, powers of attorney and executry administration. The role also involves supporting client relationships and contributing to business development.

Role Requirements:
• Drafting Wills and Powers of Attorney
• Advising on trusts, estate planning and executry administration
• Handling succession and tax matters
• Supporting business development and training initiatives

Experience:
• 4+ years PQE in English private client law
• Experience advising high net worth clients desirable
• Able to manage own caseload and supervise junior colleagues

Skills:
• Clear, professional communication
• Analytical and commercially aware
• Client-focused and organised
• Attention to detail and proactive
