Planning Solicitor (NQ-5)

Job Description

A highly regarded Planning & Environment team are seeking a solicitor (up to 5 years' PQE) to support continued growth in Edinburgh.

This is an opportunity to work on high-quality, often high-profile matters across both contentious and non-contentious planning and environmental law.

The Work

?You’ll advise a diverse client base including developers, energy companies, and public sector bodies. Work includes:

• Planning applications, appeals and development strategy
• Renewable energy and infrastructure projects
• Residential and commercial development matters
• Planning disputes and litigation, including judicial review
• Environmental and regulatory advice

About You

• Have up to 5 years’ PQE in planning and/or environmental law
• Are commercially aware with a pragmatic approach

Experience across both contentious and non-contentious planning matters is beneficial, but not essential.
