Planning Solicitor (2-5 years')

Job Description

A well-regarded Planning team seeking a solicitor to join its team in Edinburgh. This is a great opportunity to work on high-profile planning and environmental matters, particularly within the renewable energy sector.

The Role
You will support senior team members on a range of planning work, including onshore wind appeals and s.36 applications, as well as housing, infrastructure and development projects. The role offers strong client exposure, including site visits, events and conferences.

• Advise on planning and environmental matters across multiple sectors
• Support renewable energy and infrastructure projects
• Engage directly with clients and attend site visits
• Contribute to business development activities

The Ideal Candidate

• 2-5 years' PQE with planning law experience
• Strong communication skills and a proactive, solutions-focused approach
• Commercially aware and able to work both independently and as part of a team
