Overview
An established Glasgow-based firm is seeking a Personal Injury Solicitor to join its supportive and growing team. The firm is also open to considering Trainee Solicitors who are looking to assign their traineeship. This role involves managing a varied caseload, including personal injury and clinical negligence matters, with regular court exposure. Flexible hybrid working arrangements are available.
Experience
NQ to 4 years’ PQE in personal injury and clinical negligence law
Trainee Solicitors seeking to assign their traineeship with experience in personal injury considered
Experience managing claims and supporting clients through litigation (or relevant training-seat exposure for trainees)
Exposure to court proceedings and negotiations
Ability to work collaboratively within a team
Responsibilities
Manage a diverse caseload from initial instruction through to hearings and settlement
Represent clients confidently during court appearances and negotiations
Provide clear, practical advice throughout the litigation process
Work collaboratively with colleagues and contribute to team success
Skills
Excellent analytical and problem-solving capabilities
Professional communication skills
Highly organised, able to manage multiple files efficiently
Client-focused with attention to detail
