Overview:
A fantastic opportunity for a skilled Solicitor to manage a caseload of primarily Pursuer RTA personal injury claims, alongside some Defender work. This role includes handling pre-litigation and non-PI RTA matters, as well as preparing and managing litigated cases at Sheriff Court and ASPIC levels.

Managing a caseload of RTA Pursuer claims using case management systems
Handling non-PI RTA matters pre-litigation
Drafting and running litigated PI and non-PI RTA cases at Sheriff Court level
Engaging with third parties, medical experts and insurers to progress cases effectively
Achieving performance targets while maintaining high-quality client service
Skills:
Knowledge of Scottish RTA personal injury protocols
Ability to assess cases strategically for early litigation
Commercial awareness in advising on settlements and litigation risks
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
