Job Description

Overview

A respected and growing Glasgow firm is seeking a Personal Injury Solicitor (NQ-5 years’ PQE) to join its litigation team. This position has arisen due to ongoing departmental growth and offers the chance to work on a varied, high-quality caseload, with a particular focus on Court of Session matters.

Role Requirements

Experience

Qualified solicitor with NQ-5 years’ PQE in personal injury or litigation
Experience in any of the following areas is beneficial: abuse claims, medical negligence, fatal accident inquiries and RTA work

Skills

Good technical knowledge and sound judgment
Confident advocacy and drafting abilities
Able to manage a varied and sometimes complex caseload
Clear and effective client-facing skills
