Overview
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Solicitor to join a leading personal injury team. You will manage a varied caseload of pre-litigation and litigation matters, working alongside experienced colleagues dedicated to helping clients pursue their claims and achieve positive outcomes.
Role Requirements
Experience:
Scottish qualified Solicitor from NQ up to 3 years’ PQE
Experience managing road traffic accident cases
Interest in gaining courtroom experience, including Sheriff Court and Court of Session hearings
Comfortable handling cases from instruction to resolution, including liaising with counsel and medical experts
Skills:
Manage your own caseload effectively while supporting colleagues and trainees
Excellent client communication and advisory skills
Collaborative, proactive, and organised approach to litigation
