Overview:
We're working with a respected law firm in Glasgow that’s looking to add a Personal Injury Solicitor to its team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who’s passionate about helping clients secure fair compensation and wants to be part of a collaborative, forward-thinking team.
Role Requirements:
Experience:
Minimum 1 year PQE in personal injury law
Experience handling cases in the Sheriff Court and ASPIC
Comfortable managing cases from initial enquiry through to litigation
Familiar with court advocacy and instructing Counsel
Skills:
Solid understanding of personal injury procedures
Clear communicator with a client-focused approach
Able to manage time effectively and work independently
Confident using case management systems and Microsoft Office
