The role
As a Personal Injury Solicitor in Glasgow, you'll run your own caseload and support colleagues on complex matters. You'll:
Handle claims from instruction to resolution, both pre-litigation and litigated
Advise clients on liability, quantum and strategy
Negotiate settlements and progress claims efficiently
Keep in regular contact with clients and deliver excellent service
About you
You'll have:
Experience running your own caseload
An enjoyment of direct client work
Excellent communication and organisational skills
The ability to prioritise and meet deadlines
Experience with case management systems
A practical, client-focused approach
