Input into wider business growth and strategic initiatives
Supportive, fast-moving environment with scope to shape working practices
The role

You'll also mentor junior lawyers and help maintain high standards of client care across the team.

Experience of Sheriff Court procedure
Leadership experience or clear appetite to manage and develop others
Commercially aware, comfortable working to targets
Clear communicator with clients, colleagues and insurers
Proactive, solutions-focused approach
