The role
As a Personal Injury Solicitor in Glasgow, you'll manage your own caseload while working closely with colleagues on more complex matters.
Your responsibilities will include:
Handling personal injury claims from initial instruction through to resolution
Managing both pre-litigation and litigated cases
Advising clients on liability, quantum and litigation strategy
Negotiating settlements and progressing claims efficiently
Maintaining regular client contact and delivering excellent service
Supporting the wider team on larger and more complex cases where required
About you
This role would suit a Personal Injury Solicitor who:
Has 1–5 years' PQE in personal injury litigation
Has experience managing their own caseload
Enjoys working directly with clients
Demonstrates excellent communication and organisational skills
Is comfortable prioritising workloads and meeting deadlines
Has experience using case management systems
Takes a practical and client-focused approach
