The role
As a Personal Injury Solicitor in Glasgow, you'll manage your own caseload while supporting clients through the litigation process.
Your responsibilities will include:
Handling personal injury matters from initial instruction through to resolution
Conducting Sheriff Court and ASPIC litigation
Drafting court documents, pleadings and client correspondence
Appearing in court where appropriate
Instructing and liaising with Counsel
Providing clear and practical advice to clients throughout their claims
Maintaining accurate file management and compliance procedures
About you
This role would suit a Personal Injury Solicitor who:
Has at least 1 year's PQE in personal injury litigation
Has experience handling Sheriff Court and ASPIC cases
Is confident managing their own caseload
Has experience with advocacy and instructing Counsel
Demonstrates excellent client care and communication skills
Is organised and capable of managing competing deadlines
Is comfortable using case management systems and Microsoft Office
