The role
As a Personal Injury Solicitor in Glasgow, you will manage and progress a caseload of litigated personal injury claims, ensuring matters are handled efficiently and deadlines are met.
You will conduct liability and quantum investigations, draft legal documentation and maintain accurate case management records. The role will involve regular communication with clients, insurers and colleagues, as well as collaborating with the wider team where required.
About you
This role would suit a Personal Injury Solicitor who:
Has at least 1 year PQE handling personal injury litigation
Is confident managing a caseload and meeting deadlines
Communicates clearly with clients and stakeholders
Demonstrates strong organisation and attention to detail
Is comfortable working independently and as part of a team
Has experience using case management systems and IT tools
