Job Description

Overview:

An excellent opportunity for an experienced Personal Injury Solicitor to join a growing Personal Injury team. You’ll work in a supportive and collaborative environment, managing a varied caseload of complex personal injury matters while contributing to the development of the team.

Role Requirements:

Manage a caseload of higher-value and complex personal injury claims
Handle cases arising from road traffic accidents, employer liability and public liability claims
Instruct and liaise effectively with Counsel and other external parties
Maintain clear and professional communication with clients throughout each matter

Experience:

Proven experience in personal injury litigation, including court advocacy
Confident managing complex cases from instruction to resolution
Client-focused with the ability to build and maintain professional relationships

Skills:

Organised and efficient in case management
Clear verbal and written communication
Able to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
