Overview:
We’re recruiting for a Personal Injury Solicitor to join a well-established team handling a varied caseload of insurer-based defence work. You’ll advise on motor, employers’ liability and public liability matters, with scope to gain experience on complex and higher-value claims alongside senior colleagues.
Experience:
Scottish qualified solicitor with experience in personal injury or civil litigation
Exposure to insurer or defendant work is advantageous
Some experience of court advocacy desirable
Capable of managing your own files while supporting senior team members
Skills:
Excellent communication and client care
Technical ability and attention to detail
Confident advocate with sound judgment
Proactive, well-organised and a collaborative team player
