A leading firm is seeking a solicitor to join it's specialist Non-Accidental Injury team in Edinburgh. This is a full-time, permanent position offering a rewarding career in a highly sensitive and impactful area of law.
About the Role:
- Join a team specialising in non-accidental injury, abuse, and serious violence claims.
- Work closely with survivors, guiding them through complex personal injury litigation.
- Support clients with empathy and provide expert legal advice tailored to their unique needs.
- Contribute to complex cases while managing your own caseload independently.
You will:
- Deliver legal advice on personal injury, civil litigation, or trauma-related claims.
- Handle cases from initial instruction through to resolution.
- Work with care and compassion in emotionally sensitive situations.
- Liaise with colleagues, medical experts, and other external stakeholders.
The ideal candidate will:
- Have 1-4 years’ PQE in personal injury, civil litigation, or a related area.
- Bring strong case management, drafting, and negotiation skills.Demo
