The role
As a Personal Injury Paralegal in Glasgow, you’ll manage a caseload of motor claims at pre-litigation stage.
Your responsibilities will include:
Handling RTA personal injury claims prior to litigation
Investigating claims and assessing liability and indemnity
Drafting correspondence and progressing matters efficiently
Negotiating settlements with insurers and third parties
Maintaining accurate file and diary management
Delivering a high standard of client care
Using case management systems to manage and progress matters
About you
This role would suit a Personal Injury Paralegal / Claims Handler who:
Has experience focused on pre-litigation work and negotiation
Is confident managing their own caseload
Demonstrates clear communication and negotiation skills
Is organised and able to prioritise effectively
Has strong IT and case management system experience
Takes a proactive and client-focused approach
