A leading law firm is seeking an experienced lawyer to join its Oil & Gas practice. You’ll work on high-profile oil, gas, renewables and infrastructure matters, gaining exposure to a broad and high-quality caseload across the energy sector.

Job Description

Role Requirements

Experience

PQE in Oil & Gas, ideally with experience in upstream operations, service sector contracts, or transactional work
Ability to support partners on operational contracts, field development agreements and M&A projects
Experience advising service-sector clients on drilling, EPC, offshore construction and regulatory issues
Confident in maintaining client relationships and contributing to business development

Skills

Excellent drafting, analytical and communication abilities
Commercial awareness and a clear understanding of client operating models
Capable of prioritising workload, managing deadlines and working both independently and collaboratively
