Job Description

The role focuses on residential conveyancing and private client work, supporting a diverse and long-standing client base.

Key responsibilities include:

• Managing the purchase and sale of residential properties and crofts
• Handling remortgages and transfers of residential property
• Preparing wills and powers of attorney
• Providing clear, professional advice to clients across residential conveyancing and private client matters

The successful candidate will be capable of managing their own caseload, working independently, and delivering high-quality client service. Experience with rural properties and crofting matters would be beneficial but is not essential.
