Job Description

A highly regarded Scottish private client team is seeking an English-qualified or dual-qualified solicitor to join their practice in Edinburgh. This is a fantastic opportunity for a newly qualified solicitor to develop their career in a supportive environment, working with high-net-worth individuals and entrepreneurial families.

The Role
This position offers a varied and rewarding workload across asset protection, succession and tax planning, trusts, and business governance. The successful candidate will:

• Advise on wills, powers of attorney, trusts, and family governance
• Assist with tax-efficient structures for personal and business assets
• Collaborate with clients' tax advisors, wealth planners, and accountants
• Manage their own caseload and contribute to team-wide work
• Draft legal documents and maintain accurate case records
• Get involved in content creation, training, and business development

The Candidate

• NQ English-qualified or dual-qualified solicitor
• Experience working with high-net-worth individuals and trusts
• Commercial awareness and excellent attention to detailStrong comm
• unication and relationship-building skills
• Willingness to work towards STEP qualifications
