The role As a Non-Contentious Construction Solicitor in Glasgow, you'll support transactional and advisory work across multiple sectors, including:
Non-contentious construction and engineering matters
Development and property finance transactions
Energy and infrastructure projects
Drafting and reviewing construction documentation
Working with colleagues across real estate and finance teams
Building and maintaining client relationships
About you
2–5 years' PQE in non-contentious construction law
Experience with drafting and transactional support
Confident managing tasks independently and meeting deadlines
Attention to detail
Clear, professional communicator
Commercial, practical approach to legal issues
Enjoys collaborative team working
