The role
As a Construction Solicitor, you’ll work on a wide range of non-contentious construction matters, including:
Advising on construction and engineering projects
Drafting and negotiating construction documentation
Supporting development and property finance transactions
Assisting with infrastructure and renewable energy projects
Working closely with colleagues across real estate and finance teams
Building and maintaining client relationships
Delivering commercially focused legal advice
About you
This role would suit a Construction Solicitor who:
Has experience in non-contentious construction law
Enjoys drafting and transactional work
Is comfortable managing matters independently
Has excellent communication and organisational skills
Takes a commercial and practical approach to problem-solving
Is keen to develop specialist expertise within the construction sector
