The role
As a Non-Contentious Construction Solicitor in Glasgow, you’ll support a wide range of transactional and advisory work across multiple sectors.
Your responsibilities will include:
Advising on non-contentious construction and engineering matters
Supporting development and property finance transactions
Assisting on energy and infrastructure projects
Drafting and reviewing construction documentation
Working closely with colleagues across real estate and finance teams
Building and maintaining strong client relationships
About you
This role would suit a Construction Solicitor who:
Has 2–5 years’ PQE in non-contentious construction law
Has experience with drafting and transactional support work
Is confident managing tasks independently and meeting deadlines
Demonstrates strong attention to detail
Communicates clearly and professionally
Takes a commercial and practical approach to legal issues
Enjoys working as part of a collaborative team
