Overview:
A growing Construction team in Glasgow is seeking a Solicitor to focus on non-contentious construction matters. The role offers exposure to high-profile real estate, engineering, energy and infrastructure projects, within a collaborative, supportive team environment and with opportunities for career development.
Role Requirements:
Advising on non-contentious construction and engineering matters
Supporting development, property finance and project finance transactions
Assisting with energy and infrastructure projects
Building and maintaining strong client relationships
Collaborating across disciplines to deliver commercially focused advice
Experience:
2-4 years’ PQE in non-contentious construction law
Drafting and research experience
Able to manage work independently and meet deadlines
Client-focused and detail-oriented
Motivated to develop specialist construction law expertise
Skills:
Clear, professional communication
Collaborative and team-minded
Organised with strong attention to detail
Commercially aware
