Overview:
A growing Construction team in Glasgow is seeking a Solicitor to focus on non-contentious construction matters. The role offers exposure to high-profile real estate, engineering, energy, and infrastructure projects, within a collaborative, supportive team environment and with opportunities for career development.

Role Requirements:
• Advising on non-contentious construction and engineering matters
• Supporting development, property finance, and project finance transactions
• Assisting with energy and infrastructure projects
• Building and maintaining strong client relationships
• Collaborating across disciplines to deliver commercially focused advice

Experience:
• 2-5 years’ PQE in non-contentious construction law
• Drafting and research experience
• Able to manage work independently and meet deadlines
• Client-focused and detail-oriented
• Motivated to develop specialist construction law expertise

Skills:

• Organised with strong attention to detail
