Job Opportunity: Managing Associate/Legal Director – Real Estate

Location: Glasgow

Overview:
A leading UK law firm is looking to appoint a Managing Associate or Legal Director to join its growing real estate team in Glasgow. This is a senior-level opportunity to lead on complex transactions, contribute to strategic growth and support the development of junior lawyers. The team advises on a broad range of commercial property matters including development, investment, asset management and finance, with clients across sectors such as retail, leisure and energy.

Role Requirements:

Experience:

8+ years PQE in commercial real estate
Experience leading transactions and managing client relationships
Background in a well-regarded regional or national firm
Dual qualification (Scotland and England & Wales) is a plus but not essential

Skills:

Confident in managing complex matters and mentoring others
Commercially minded with a collaborative, solutions-focused approach
Comfortable contributing to business development and team leadership
