An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Solicitor to join a respected Motor Litigation team in Glasgow. You’ll handle a varied caseload across motor-related disputes, including liability, indemnity, credit hire, fraud and associated losses such as personal injury and vehicle damage. Role Requirements:
Experience:
Qualified Solicitor with experience managing a litigation caseload within the Scottish courts
Background in motor, insurance, or commercial litigation
Experience dealing with cases involving credit hire, fraud and damage claims
Confident managing cases from instruction through to settlement or proof
Skills:
Organised, thorough and commercially minded with excellent attention to detail
Skilled communicator and negotiator, comfortable engaging directly with clients
Proactive problem-solver with the ability to manage a diverse workload
Collaborative and adaptable team player who contributes to a positive working culture
Interest in developing client relationships and supporting business development activity
