Overview:
A great opportunity has arisen to join a busy and respected Dispute Resolution team handling a wide range of civil and commercial matters. You’ll work with a varied client base, from individuals and SMEs to larger organisations, advising on how best to resolve disputes efficiently and effectively.
Role Requirements:
Experience:
Advising on commercial disputes, property litigation, debt recovery, insolvency, arbitration, adjudication, or mediation
Handling contractual, professional negligence, or breach of service claims
Representing clients in courts, tribunals, or alternative dispute forums
Scottish qualified solicitor with at least two years’ relevant litigation experience
Skills:
In-depth understanding of civil procedure and dispute resolution processes
Excellent written and verbal communication
Pragmatic, solutions-focused approach
Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
