Your Role & Responsibilities
As Lettings Manager, you will be responsible for the full lettings cycle, ensuring a seamless experience for both landlords and tenants.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct rental valuations, negotiate new tenancies, and complete all legal requirements.
• Manage the rental process from initial setup to key handover.
• Maintain accurate administrative records and documentation related to lettings.
• Handle tenant enquiries and select suitable candidates.
• Ensure properties meet all legal and safety requirements.
• Liaise with contractors and tenants to arrange repairs and maintenance.
• Conduct regular property inspections and prepare reports for landlords.
• Oversee the tenant selection and vetting process.
• Generate leases and manage pre-tenancy preparations.
• Perform tenant check-out inspections and process deposit returns.
• Work closely with other departments within the business.
What We’re Looking For:
? At least 2 years of experience in Residential Lettings & Property Management.
? ARLA Level 6 (or equivalent) Scottish Residential Letting & Property Management qualification.
? Strong attention to detail and professional communication skills.
? A keen eye for selecting good tenants and sound judgment of character.
? Complete integrity and a proactive, can-do attitude.
? A full, clean UK driving licence.
