Land & Rural Solicitor (NQ - 3 Years' PQE)

Job Description

Our client is an award winning Legal500 firm with a superb reputation. They are seeking a rural property solicitor (NQ-3 Years' PQE) to join their highly-reputable team in either their Perth or Forfar offices, although they are open to potentially considering Dundee. 
 
In this role, you will be involved in a wide range of rural property matters, such as:

• The purchase, sale, transfer and lease of all types of rural property from large estates, to farms, woodlands, country houses, fishings and other sporting interests
• Diversification projects including renewable energy developments and agricultural tourism ventures

This firm are seeking a candidate who have either trainee or qualified rural property experience, as well as candidates from a commercial property background seeking a re-train.
