You will work with a nationally recognised team across Scotland on a wide range of rural property matters, including sales, leases, renewable energy projects, and diversification initiatives like agri-tourism.
You will also advise on crofting law, succession planning, business structuring, and land management, while building strong client and colleague relationships.
Ideal candidates will have around 1–4 years’ post-qualification experience in property law, though other PQE levels will also be considered. Rural or agricultural experience is a plus but not essential.
The location is flexible, with options to work from the Cupar, Forfar, or Perth offices. The firm offers a competitive package with excellent benefits, including generous leave, pension, private medical insurance, wellbeing support, and flexible hybrid working.
