Job Description

A leading Scottish law firm is looking for an experienced Immigration Lawyer to join its highly regarded team in Edinburgh. The team supports individuals, families, and businesses navigating the full range of UK immigration and nationality matters - from personal visa applications to complex business and talent mobility issues.

You’ll work with a broad international client base, delivering pragmatic, compassionate, and commercially sound advice. The team is known for its collaborative culture and forward-thinking approach, offering the opportunity to develop your expertise alongside recognised specialists in the field.

The Role

• Manage a varied caseload across personal, business, and nationality-based immigration matters.
• Provide clear, tailored advice to private clients, entrepreneurs, and corporate organisations.
• Support clients with complex cases including Appendix FM, Global Talent, Innovator Founder Visas, and nationality issues.
• Contribute to business development initiatives and client relationship management.
• Collaborate closely with colleagues across complementary practice areas.

About You

• A qualified Immigration Solicitor with around 4+ years’ PQE.
• Experience managing a range of visa and nationality applications.
• Strong drafting, analytical, and communication skills.
• A client-focused approach with excellent attention to detail.
• Interest in developing professionally within a well-respected, high-performing team.
